How to Deposit on Zephyr
Here's what you must do to deposit on Zephyr.
Step 1:
You must click the “Deposit” button at the top right-hand corner of the Zephyr home page.
You will be directed to the “Deposit.”
Step 2:
Then, you need to specify the following details:
Deposit currency
Deposit amount (starts with $1)
Step 3: Click “NEXT” to confirm the steps above. You’ll be redirected to the “Transaction” page.
Step 4: Copy the deposit address and amount, or scan the destination address you will use to send funds to your Zephyr balance.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
The minimum deposit amount is 1 USDZ or equivalent in BTC or ETH.
Zephyr only accepts BTC, ETH, USDT ERC-20, USDT TRC-20 and USDT BSC deposits.
Before proceeding, ensure you have selected the right chain types — BSC, ERC20 or TRC20 (if you use USDT).
Please do not transfer any other cryptocurrencies to the wallet address. If you do so, those assets will be lost forever.
Depositing with Mobile
To deposit on Zephyr mobile version, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: You’ll need to click the “Deposit” button at the top right-hand corner of the Zephyr home page.
You will be directed to the “Deposit”.
Step 2:
Then, you need to specify the following details:
Deposit currency
Deposit amount (starts with $1)
Zephyr only accepts BTC, ETH, USDT ERC-20, USDT TRC-20 and USDT BSC deposits.
Step 3: Click “NEXT” to confirm the steps above
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to the “Transaction” page. Copy the deposit amount and address, or scan the amount and destination address to send funds to your Zephyr balance.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Note that the network fee can be up to $2.5! By depositing 10 USDT (or its equivalent), you get around 7.50 USDT on your balance.

How to Make a Withdrawal From Zephyr
Here's what you need to do to withdraw $50 or more from Zephyr:
Step 1: Sign in and click on the “My Profile” tab at the top right-hand corner of the home page. Next, press the “Withdrawal” section, which will direct you to the “Withdrawal” page.
Step 2: Click the “Withdraw” button.
Step 3: Here you need to specify withdrawal details, namely:
The currency (select between BTC, ETH, USDT ERC-20, USDT TRC-20 or USDT BSC)
The withdrawal amount (it can’t be less than $50)
The address of your wallet (note that due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency protocols, transactions can't be canceled or reversed once initiated. Always double-check a wallet address)
Step 4: All that is left is to finalize the withdrawal by clicking the “NEXT” button. You will be redirected to the page of the successful withdrawal request. By clicking on the Transaction Details button, you can track the status of your request
Note that the withdrawal may take from 30 minutes to 24 hours. In any case, we recommend contacting support at [email protected] or in the official Telegram group, if the withdrawal took more than 24 hours.

Note: The Zephyr platform charges a 2% commission on the amount you withdraw. This fee is required to cover the costs associated with processing the transaction and ensuring a smooth withdrawal experience.
Brief FAQ on Deposits & Withdrawals to Ease Your Brain
Are there commissions to create a forecast, deposit, and cash out my USDZ?
Each forecast goes hand in hand with a 1% fee from the total amount of a Bid a user specifies while creating a forecast.
Why did the platform commissions become more or less expensive?
By reaching a particular trading volume, your fees become lower. Move to the "My Profile," - “My Stats,” - “Platform Fees” tabs and click “Get Commissions” for more details.
Note that discounted at a particular % fee may be limited in terms of use.
I deposited via MetaMask/Bank card, but my funds aren't appearing! What should I do?
If you are witnessing any issues with depositing funds, please email [email protected] with the number of funds you were depositing and details on the time of payment and destination address. In most cases, MetaMask or Bank card delayed deposits are subject to network meltdown, and your funds will be credited in a few minutes.
